Kris Allen Deals with Nasty Weather During Video Shoot

Kris Allen had to fight the elements when he shot the video for his new single, “The Truth.” He says it rained heavily while they were shooting the video in a California desert, transforming the ground into mushy dirt. In a recent interview with MTV News, Kris said, “Some of [the film trailers] got stuck. We had to leave a piano out here because they couldn't get it in time.” Fortunately, there were no injuries among the crew. Train singer Pat Monahan co-wrote “The Truth” and shot the clip.
